It can be very difficult to ask for help yet the truth is we all need help sometimes. Congratulations on taking the first courageous step toward improving your life!

My goal is to help you to achieve the goals that you determine are the most important to you. I sincerely love what I do. I find my work extremely rewarding and fulfilling. Therefore, you can rest assured that I will go above and beyond in order to get you to your desired outcome. I tailor my approach to the unique needs and goals of the individuals with whom I work, however, drawing from evidence-based practices.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

What if I told you that the concerns that brought you to this page could be significantly diminished or better, completely gone? I strongly believe that living the life you want is completely within your reach. It takes effort and some time but it absolutely can be done. I see it happen regularly and I am confident it can happen for you too. Therapy is simply a tool that involves support, validation, guidance and learning skills that have been well researched to be effective. Therapy is a tool that assists you in reaching your goals and achieving your full potential in an efficient and effective manner.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

It can be incredibly difficult to reach out for help, let alone reaching out for help after a less than helpful or less than pleasant therapy experience.

I genuinely love what I do and I believe those who truly love their work tend to be the best at it. I am proud of my collaborative and flexible approach and that I always take into account your goals and needs rather than dictating my own agenda in our work together. I welcome feedback and if something isn't working, I want to know about it so that I can adjust in order for you to get exactly what you want, need and will be the most beneficial for you. I also use scientifically proven methods shown to be effective and align with the highest ethical standards.
