I offer telehealth services for adults of all ages. I offers therapy and especially skilled at:
Taming Trauma: Trauma is caused by past experiences and can severely impact your everyday life. I understand you need a safe space to explore the root cause. I offer a non-judgmental space to continue growing and learning about yourself.
Coping with Anxiety: Excessive worry and panic are just two of the many symptoms anxiety cause. Your body’s reaction to anxiety is completely different from the next person. I want to ensure you are getting the best help for you diagnosis by individualizing your treatment and listening to your needs.
Depression Therapy: Depression can feel as though it is your life, but it doesn’t have to be. Through talk therapy, I can help find coping mechanism and different therapeutic approaches to improve the quality of your life.
