Kellie Rice, Psy.D., CGP is psychologist a Certified Group Psychotherapist specializing in individual, family and group therapy and is the founder and clinical Director of the Mind Body Co-oP
Kellie is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
With over 10 years experience in individual and group therapy, and as a graduate of New York University and The Illinois School of Professional Psychology specializing in trauma and addiction, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with individuals, families and groups. She completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center Childhood Trauma Treatment Program. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have histories of abuse and trauma. In her work with people recovering from addictions, she specializes in individual, family and group psychotherapy. Kellie works extensively with individuals and families recovering from the impact of addiction. She works with parents in the areas of attachment, discipline and boundary setting.
