I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I have 24 years of experience working with children and adults, including those with various mental health and addiction issues. Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in May 1994 and his Master of Social Work from California State University in December 2010. I have been trained with Triple P Level 3, Together Facing the Challenge provider and trainer, Motivational Interviewing, and am certificated in providing assessment and therapy for youth for problem sexual.


The therapeutic goals and interventions will be based on the client’s individual needs to address their specific concerns and reasons that have guided them to enter therapy. I am a therapist who genuinely loves to help others and loves my job. I believe my role as a clinician is to assist clients on the journey to recovery from mental health issues or other concerns that therapy can help. I believe in collaborating with others in the community to help clients reach their goals.
