I specialise in the following areas: Stress Management, Life Transition & Change, Confidence, Self-Compassion, Chronic Pain, and Anxiety Management.
I am an accredited psychologist and life coach. I draw upon a range of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and mindfulness.
