My approach to counselling is integrative and collaborative, where I help you build on your inner strength to heal, recover, and thrive. Counselling assists with (1) identifying safety risks and problem-solving solutions (2) developing plans to keep yourself safe (3) begin the healing process and (4) building on your inner strength and resiliency to thrive.
