More Info About My Practice

I am currently available for LPC/I professionals seeking hours towards their licensure. I use a collaborative, solution-focused model of supervision and utilize case conceptualizations to reinforce the core competencies. You can expect to do one individual hour/week and two group hours/month. Please contact me for more information.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to provide you with a sounding board as a neutral party who is here to listen. I will at times give feedback, when warranted, and will provide you with tips and techniques you can use to help you work towards your goals. My role is NOT to tell you what to do or give you a magic/quick fix to your problems. Therapy is hard. It takes work. It takes time. The more you engage and put into it, the more you can get back out of it.

What Makes up a Problem?

A problem is only a problem if it is a problem. What? Everyone has issues, concerns, and worries but not everyone needs to seek help to deal with them. Something becomes a problem when it is disruptive to your daily functioning and/or you feel like you can?t handle it on your own. When you need some guidance, that is the time to come to therapy!
