My Approach to Helping
I aim to create both a trusting therapeutic relationship and a comfortable environment to facilitate connection, self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation. Our work will give you the tools to help and transition your life in a desired direction. As a therapist I naturally focus on the relationships my clients have and how it impacts the quality of their lives. Having a healthy relationship with yourself and others is strongly correlated to happiness and improved mental health.
I use a combination of self -discovery, exploring questions, opportunities for introspection, and strength based strategies to empower you to create change by adopting healthier responses to the conflicts that you encounter. This journey in transformation is collaborative and my goal is to support you through achieving each personal milestone.
