My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals and couples, helping people rekindle the intimacy and connection in their relationships. The clients I work with in therapy are often unkind to themselves, and have a hard time forgiving themselves for past mistakes. I believe that this harsh treatment of self leads to self sabotaging behavior and painful emotional states.
People who seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons share that they struggle with having true compassion for themselves. I am passionate about helping people become a friend to themselves and to see their challenges in a new way. When individuals learn how to make this shift, something incredible happens. Profound changes can happen surprisingly quickly. I sincerely believe that if we engage in this process together, we can work together to make things better for you.
