I have 14+ years of professional experience in the mental health field. My counseling style is personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based. I will help you reduce your stress and increase your confidence, happiness, and emotional connections with your loved ones.

My practice is ideally located above the Dupont South metro stop. I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans, but my office will take care of many insurance issues such as verifying benefits and submitting claims, meaning there is much less paperwork for you. I specialize in working with stress and anxiety (including Panic and OCD), depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, griefloss, identity and multicultural issues, CBT for insomnia, and coping with transitions. I also specialize in couples counseling, including in the premarital and early marriage stage, and am a Certified EFT Couples therapist.
