I specialize in helping you discover how to unblock and move forward in your life, especially by working with the information in your unconscious and uncovering what those blocks are all about. As a counselor with over 25 years of experience, I can help with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues, addiction, and crisis of the spirit. I specialize in discovering what is at the core of problems and use a variety of healing and treatment modalities tailored to each client. I've found working with the unconscious, especially through dreams, more than anything, helps gain the insight and understanding necessary to heal quickly, permanently, and remove the blocks that get in the way of a happier, more successful life. You can't fix anything until you make it conscious. A holistic approach that addresses the body, mind, and spirit works very well to reveal the fullness of who you are.
I have experience working with a variety of counseling modalities, such as cognitive/ behavioral, dream work, hypnosis, and alternative methods of healing, in addition to meditation and mindfulness. I've worked with couples, families, addicts, and clients who are dually diagnosed, meaning they have both mental health and addiction issues.
