My Approach to Helping
It is not easy trying to get through each day when you feel anxious, overwhelmed or preoccupied with negative thoughts. In fact, these feelings often hinder you from building strong, healthy relationships, lead to self-doubt and cause you to feel unmotivated. However, you do not always have to feel like this because these are all feelings you can overcome. There are numerous ways I can help you to learn how to navigate through each day so you feel empowered, confident and able to approach stressful situations with ease.
I truly enjoy working with all populations and have extensive experience working with adolescents, and young adults. I will help you understand and process your thoughts and emotions so you can develop coping mechanisms, set goals, and develop healthy habits. All of my sessions are client centered and will allow you to build a stronger sense of self.
I believe everyone has something unique to offer to a relationship and should feel supported along their journey. Therefore, I would love to be part of your journey. I am available during the week and on weekends, and look forward to hearing from you.
