Anchored in a cognitive behavioral approach, I incorporate a range of modalities, including person-centered, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapy. We work together to create an individualized plan. I use a friendly, personalized approach. We work pragmatically. I have experience with a wide range of mental health disorders, welcome you into a calming and comfortable environment, and look forward to helping you build a strengthened path forward. With the pace of our world and the many demands our daily lives can put upon us, we can all be well served by allowing ourselves a space for self-care.
