My Approach to Helping
Between work, school, parenting, general life obligations, and now, a global pandemic, life can be stressful and overwhelming. Friends and family are all going through their own stressors, and it can be easy to feel unseen, unheard, and invalidated. You deserve a safe space to feel supported where you can speak freely, be validated, process your thoughts and trauma, and grow toward the person you want to be. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with anxiety, autism, depression, trauma, school difficulties, social difficulties, and strained familial relationships. I have extensive experience with BIPOC, LGBTQ, and disabled clients. I offer regularly scheduled sessions, focusing on healing, growth, and skills to help daily life.
You are the expert of your own life. Each session, you will provide me with individual puzzle pieces.
