My Approach to Helping
I provide a judgment-free safe space where clients can unlock new ways of doing, feeling, and thinking. It’s not always easy to change. You don’t have to do it alone. I collaborate with my clients to provide person-focused, goal-oriented therapy that helps them become the people they want to be.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love being able to help people achieve their goals. I love engaging with people on a deeper level and guiding them to self-discovery. Most people are unaware of the strength that lives within them. I love to see someone discover that strength and use it for change in their lives.
