My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in making positive changes in your life. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore and change the things that are getting in the way of living the life that you want. I am dedicated to helping you cope with depression and anxiety, change unhealthy relationship patterns or deal with stressful life events. My hope is that through the process of counseling, you will feel empowered, gain insight into your natural strengths and learn healthy coping skills to tackle life's problems.
