My Approach to Helping

Are you tired of not feeling "good enough"? Is your child or teen struggling with anxiety or depression? I know what it's like to be filled with self-doubt or worry over every little thing. As a Christian counselor, I've worked with many clients & taught them strategies to live fuller happier lives. Reaching out to make a therapy appointment takes courage--my desire is to come alongside by creating a safe place for you to find support & encouragement. My style is very relational in nature & if desired, I invite clients to incorporate their faith journey into our sessions.
