My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling through a difficult time? Are you in need of a safe space to process and explore? Through psychotherapy, I can help you to move through your distress to a place of peace and healing. Wherever you are in life, I meet you there. I have a deep belief that every person has the ability to heal, and together we can explore the struggles you are having difficulty with to alleviate presenting symptoms.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I implement a Mindfulness Based and Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic modality throughout our journey together to better assist in resolving your distress. I tailor my approach to target your individual needs. I have experience with anxiety, depression and a wide range of trauma, across all age groups.
