My Approach to Helping
Specialising in anxiety, trauma and bereavement. I apply a Person-Centred, trauma informed model and provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment, helping you reflect on your journey and explore negative thought patterns. You will be supported to look at your trauma as we find a way to overcome the past and work towards a lighter future. Together we will work to release the unwanted cycles that no longer serve you. The therapeutic experience will be a freeing journey that empowers you to channel your energy into being the best version of you, where you can learn to love, care, nourish and respect yourself, just as you are.

My personal journey with anxiety, trauma and bereavement gives me first-hand experience of these issues and the painful impact they have.
