My Approach to Helping

I'd like to help you understand your challenges and guide you toward making a lasting change.
Within a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment I can help you work through distress and despair so that you can begin living a happier and more fulfilling life. We will work together to devise a plan that identifies the sources of your pain, sets clear goals, and establishes a path toward symptom relief. As your therapist I hope to engage you in a collaborative exploration of your difficulties that will help you become more connected with your feelings, and will enable you to live a more purposeful and authentic life.
I particularly enjoy working with people facing relationship problems, depression, anxiety, intimacy, trauma, loss, life transitions, multicultural issues, and similar interpersonal challenges.
