My Approach to Helping
I help people who are grieving and feeling stuck after their loss, whether the loss comes from the death of a loved one (including beloved pets), dementia, addiction, chronic illness, divorce, miscarriagestillbirth, infertility, or life transitions. I partner with you to help you explore how you are feeling, find new ways to cope and make a plan for moving forward as you are ready. It is important to me that during our time together, you feel safe, supported and accepted. Clients find me easy to talk to, and they appreciate the compassionate, nonjudgmental space provided for them to process uncomfortable and difficult experiences. Please know that you do not have to go through this time alone. Talking about how you are feeling, making meaning of this time in your life, and finding your way forward is possible, even if this moment feels like the darkest point in your life. I hope I become a trusted companion on your journey toward healing and hope.
