My Approach to Helping
My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic pulling from my background as a humanistic psychotherapist and Registered Dietitian. I believe that individuals and families are innately able to heal, have many assets, and are the experts of their own experiences. I build on this belief to help clients uncover their unique strengths and resiliency to work towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Our work together is tailored to you, often drawing from strengths-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based modalities.
