My Approach to Helping

It is my experience that all human beings can get "lost" or "stuck" through life's journey and it is my purpose and hope to provide a safe, calm, and accepting environment to help you push through your pain or these "stuck states", as well as help you identify your strengths that already lie within. If you are looking to "find your way" back to you, please reach out!

My approach to helping is to form a genuine connection with each human being I consult with, and then to form a collaboration by listening to your story so together we can find where you may have gotten "stuck" along the way and then utilize various techniques and approaches based on each person's unique needs.
