I have over 15 years experience and am here to help you address what is preventing you to living your best life. I value and create a safe, nurturing, and emphatic environment for individuals, couples, and families to explore underlying issues to relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and substance abuse. As life inevitably presents us with transitions, loss and unexpected challenges, these experiences become an integral part of what awakens us into the fullness of our human experience. My approach will be tailored to your specific needs, to help you open up and see things from a different perspective. These include mindfulness, psychodynamic psychology, family systems, mediation, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMBR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I am interactive and solution focused. I will share effective methods to aid you on the brave journey toward healing, increasing self-awareness, and transforming your life and relationships.
