More Info About My Practice

I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and continue to develop an expertise in working with couples and issues related to infidelity, sexual issues, addictions. EFT is supported by extensive clinical research and is considered to be the most effective type of relationship therapy. Our relationship with an intimate partner deeply impacts every aspect of our lives. When your relationship feels stronger, you feel more secure and capable in meeting life's challenges.

My work with individuals is informed by a powerful and transformation-based model of therapy- AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).
