My Approach to Helping
Making that first call to start therapy can be hard; you\'re taking a risk that you\'ll connect with that voice on the phone, or that video image online. But you made that call-you took that risk... and that\'s incredible. We all need a safe space where we can talk through our fears, our worries, and our challenges. You want to find that right person who you know is not just listening to you; but really hearing you.
I have years of experience supporting people during some of their most vulnerable and emotionally exhausting times. I utilize CBT and Psychodynamic techniques to help you through your stressors: such as breakups, job changes, and life uncertainty. Also, I have a unique understanding of the stressors that can come with working in toxic office environments.
I strive to create a non-judgmental space where everyone can feel safe working through your struggles. You never have to feel like you need to \"justify\" how you feel or what you did when you\'re talking to me. Everyone needs a safe space where it\'s OK to feel vulnerable, to be yourself, and know that someone is on your side.
