My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy utilizes a variety of techniques based on the uniqueness of the individual, the relationships which are needing support, and the presenting difficulties. I believe we all do our best when we are encouraged, supported, feel accepted for our uniqueness, and challenged to look outside of our comfort zone. The three constants I utilize with each person is my focus on joining, trust, and the power of witnessing the progress of each person.
