Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I help you develop effective coping strategies for managing anxiety and depression. You?ll also improve your relationships with more effective, healthier communication. Finally, because you will be equipped with the skills necessary for a happy, healthy life, your confidence and self-esteem will improve.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Most people think that in order to benefit from therapy or counseling, they have to be experiencing some type of "problem" or "issue." I wholeheartedly disagree with this concept, as I strongly believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from talking about stressors, strained relationships, or goals for the future with a neutral, objective third party. It is helpful to be able to vent or even just to bounce ideas off of someone who does not already know your whole life story.
