My Approach to Helping
I’m passionate about walking with you on your journey to healing!
I want to hear your story and work together with you to uncover your own strengths and resilience. My approach is psychodynamic-relational, which means that I’m interested in how your past influences your present, and that I see our relationship as a collaboration.
I offer you a warm, curious, empathic and non-judgemental space in which to build a sage and healing relationship. My focus is on the development of your insight and self-awareness so you can see and relate to yourself and your place in the world differently and more authentically. I also draw on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to support you as required.
