My Approach to Helping
There is no personal issue too small or too big for professional help, everyone struggles in relationships, life changes, grief and personal realization. Every single person has the innate need for connection to other people and I believe that many things get in the way of that, baggage, fear, addiction, and mostly acceptance. I meet people where they are at, assess their needs and address their strengths they may not see. I feel a positive attitude reflects greatly on our perception and I give people a more holistic perception of who they are in this world, and who they want to be, and empower them to overcome whatever issues are in their way if they are willing to work. I feel everyone deserves to be heard and as a parent I have a huge heart for parents struggling with discipline and loving their children through every stage of development. I love marital therapy and I am always cheering for my couples to have the marriage they want if they are willing to put in the work. I love working with children and seeing the world through their eyes and also speaking up for the children who do struggle with real issues suicide, abuse, defiance, and ultimately acceptance. I feel that our world revolves around relationships and helping people learn what a healthy relationship looks like and how to have one is the reason I became a therapist. My passion for this field grows more each client I see because it also helps me to remain humble and give thanks to God.
