My Approach to Helping
I offer support for individuals transitioning out of a relationship, parenting concerns, postpartum depression, boundary setting, self esteem, and processing unresolved feelings. Relationship counseling for dating couples, couples considering marriage, and remarried couples is designed to discuss your concerns, clarify your hopes, and develop effective plans to help you move forward confidently. Co-parenting couples therapy is designed to help you to embrace coparenting in a way that allows you and your family to thrive.
I will help you transition into healing and living a fuller life. You will find you no longer carry around the weight of past hurts and the things that have gone wrong. Instead, you will move in power and strength into creating the family and future you’ve always envisioned for yourself.
