My Approach to Helping

Clients come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I specialize in treating adolescents, teens, and adults who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma(s) and who struggle within their current relationship(s) due to childhood attachment issues. I also work with families and couples who are struggling relationally due to major life change events such as grief, divorce, infidelity, the birth of a child, and retirement. Ive treated couples and families who are in conflict due to a member struggling with symptoms of mental illnessaddiction.

While I treat various forms of mental illness, my specialization is in treating individuals who suffer from symptoms of trauma. I use a combination of modalities including body based therapy and talk therapy. I also have extensive training in family therapy and group therapy.
