My Approach to Helping
You will get through whatever challenge you are currently facing. The bottom line of my approach is that you make sense, and there is nothing wrong with you at your core.
Your thoughts, emotions, and sensations are providing you with important information, so until you lis ten and respond, they will grow louder until they get your attention.
Often negative feelings and thoughts that made sense in the past, but get in your way now. You can feel these obstacles in your emotions and in your body. When the past trauma clears, so do those feelings.
My approach to helping you become free from past anxiety and stress in the present is based on science and experience.
By understanding your experience, and accepting your self, you can clear stuck feelings from the past with a little bit of help. This can help your self esteem, relationships, parenting, and work performance in the present. As we work together, you learn to cope with the stress, anxiety, anger, and sadness you experience in a new way, that leads to more enjoyment in life and relationships.
I am a Certified Lifespan Integration Therapist and I also offer consultation for those wanting to learn the effective trauma clearing technique of Lifespan Integration.
