Part of being a human means we will inevitably go through changes (breakups, having kids, changing jobs, conflicts in relationships) and unexpected painful experiences. The way we respond to these changes can either lead to us further away from our ideal self or towards what's truly meaningful to us. I specialize in working with women and working professionals who struggle with over-analyzing, feeling insecure or angry with themselves, and difficulty identifying or asking for what they want from other people.
