Overwhelmed? Exhausted? Anxious? Unsure of yourself? These are common emotions felt from the everyday demands of life on top of our own personal stressors.
Meeting with a therapist can help you peel back the layers of those negative feelings and assist with re-discovering your best self. Counseling provides a non-judgmental supportive space to help you find a sense of peace. I have several years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, low self-esteem, and phase of life issues. I utilize a variety of approaches including person-centered, CBT, strengths-based and more.
The focus of my care is to provide a safe, open environment to talk openly about your challenges. Together we can rediscover your strengths, reduce negative thoughts and help you feel in control of your life!
