My Approach to Helping
I feel we're all motivated in life by the things that give us meaning and purpose; however, finding the things that motivate us is not always easy! Utilizing a strength-based and client-centered approach, we will work together as a team to identify and achieve your goals. I also believe in adapting my therapy style to the needs of the client.
I have helped many who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse. I also work with many individuals dealing with a variety of general life stressors; like stress in your work-life, school difficulties, personal relationships, self-esteem, and family.
