My Approach to Helping

Considering therapy is a big decision—one not to be taken lightly. Take your time, ask lots of questions and give yourself plenty of time to make an informed decision based on what feels right to you.

I am a Los Angeles based (Culver City specifically) LCSW in private practice, offering both in-person and tele-therapy sessions, specializing in the areas of Dual-Diagnosis, Addiction, Mental Illness, and those suffering with Psychogenic Pain (TMS).As a therapist, I work to create a safe and secure environment where in each session, the world can slow down and together we can compassionately explore, understand, and transform behaviors, thoughts, and patterns that may be holding you back from ultimately living the life you want to live. My style as a therapist is warm and challenging, direct and engaging,

Therapy Specialties: Dual-Diagnosis, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression and Psychogenic Pain (TMS).
Therapy Treatment Modalities: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodrama, Solution Focused Therapy

a little about me
A few years ago, I left the money, the unlimited expense account and the world that was New York City corporate advertising. I was done helping brands, done supporting pocketbooks. I wanted to help others in a different and more personal way - help others overcome the everyday, the ordinary, the extra-ordinary, the unique and the difficult challenges that are holding them back from being their best self. After moving back to LA, I earned my Masters in Social Work from USC, became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and now have the privilege to work as a psychotherapist.

More Info About My Practice

During the pandemic, I am strictly offering teleheatlh sessions. Unlike many therapists, I have been doing telepath for about two years and I am confident with the "virtual" space (I did not learn this because of the pandemic)

My Role as a Therapist

If you, the client, make changes on your own, the likelihood of you developing and sustaining new habits and coping skills is significantly higher than if I hand you a toolkit. I will be there every step of the way with you but, my role is to empower you to create, implement and execute the changes necessary for sustained growth and stability.
