My Approach to Helping

I believe that clients can learn to make good choices and lead meaningful lives. To do this, I work with my clients to understand their family dynamics and identify the behaviors that result from being part of their family structure and history. I find that patterns emerge that can be used to empower clients to make different, healthy choices. Helping my clients go from struggle and hopelessness to empowerment and success is what I have been focused on for 22 years.

More Info About My Practice
