My Approach to Helping
I want to hear from you what your struggles and concerns are, what you feel you need, what you want your life to be and what you find challenges you from having the life you most want. Life can be overwhelming and stressful at times. Sometimes these feelings of overwhelm, low motivation, low energy, frustration, sadness, hopelessness, helplessness, never ending worries can take over and make living life comfortably really hard. With me, together we will identify your needs, I will teach you ways to manage your fears, unhelpful emotions and negative beliefs and thoughts that get in the way and we will create a map for you to follow that will lead you to the life you want to live.
