My Approach to Helping
A Note Regarding COVID-19:
In this world of uncertainty, it can be hard to find your way. Just because we can’t be in a room together doesn’t mean we can’t connect. I offer Telehealth therapy only right now, and while it may sound odd, it is actually a fabulous alternative to in-person sessions. We can talk about any of your concerns before our first session.
Do you feel overwhelmed? Scared? Hopeless? Stuck? Do you feel like your world is spinning out of control? Do you wish the chaos would stop? What would it be like to not feel that way?
Sometimes past hurts affect present relationships. Sometimes multiple stressors can overwhelm you. And sometimes we just need a tune-up for our lives.
I work with adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, sexual assault & other traumas, PTSD, relationship stress, premarital counseling, grief & loss, and mid-life crisis. I also have extensive experience working with adults dealing with memory loss as well as their family members who have assumed the extremely demanding role of caregiver.
