My Approach to Helping

There are times when we all need extra support. Are you considering making some changes, but you're not sure how to begin? I offer a free consultation and would be happy to meet with you. You may be feeling stressed, anxious, confused, stuck, or depressed. Together we can talk about what's happening and explore strategies and solutions to promote your health and happiness, You may discover a fresh approach to addressing your current needs and goals.

I have many years of experience assisting people in the Portland area to address a variety of issues. I believe in the therapeutic process and bring compassion, energy, and commitment to my work If you have prior experience with a therapist, we'll discuss what worked and what didn't - so that we can create a plan best suited to you.

My approach is client-centered, creative, motivational, strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused. I also offer visualization, relaxation, and hypnotherapy techniques, if you are interested in exploring these options.
