My Approach to Helping
What is YOUR relationship with food?
For many who struggle with eating disorders, they describe their relationship with food as "Love-Hate" and "like two parts working against each other". Together, with curiosity instead of judgment, we will explore and honor these two parts and the story that your eating disorder is trying to tell. This story ultimately guides treatment and can help to actualize change, which is an important emphasis of my approach.
A healthy and enjoyable relationship with food is possible!
