Mindset is a key part of how you deal with the issues in your life, and with a mindfulness-based approach, I will help you revisit your worldview and the way you think about yourself to better manage the current concerns you’re dealing with. With patience, perseverance, and prayer, you can get through your life challenges.
My practice especially focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, stress at work and home, interpersonal conflicts, mood disorders, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I also have experience providing help with people dealing with workers’ compensation cases.
I utilize Mindfulness Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Reality-based therapy.
