My Approach to Helping
I am a mental health therapist, yoga instructor, and wellness practitioner. My mission is to assist my patients to find their way back to their fundamental healthy functioning through the use of mindfulness-based treatment, yoga therapy, and meditation, as a way to enrich and empower their lives. My approach is trauma sensitive and I draw from ancient yoga philosophy to facilitate change and healing. By combining talk therapy with yoga techniques is a powerful way to teach a person to heal themselves. I believe that we all have the ability to connect with our inner strength and authentic self to lead a healthier, happier life.
