We will explore your situation, and your habits of thought and behavior, to help you to gain self-awareness, and to integrate positive changes. I can help you to change patterns which might be keeping you stuck. Issues from your past can be healed and you will feel more optimism.
I can also help you to integrate tools for developing and integrating self-observation, including yoga, meditation, breath awareness and other mindfulness practices. You can develop a sense of well being and balance, in the face of changes and transitions, which are a natural part of life. You can gain access to your inner self, which can be a source of enriched meaning, groundedness, and a reliable basis for healing your past.
