What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
This is hard to narrow down, because i love being a small part in the healing journey for people. One of the best things about my work is seeing people come from a place of hopelessness, anxiety and uncertainty to one of strength and confidence. Truly, positive change is possible and I believe that each of us has the strength and ability to move forward toward our best life.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be who you are, share how you really feel, and begin the journey toward healing in your life. I feel truly honored that my clients feel safe sharing their most difficult journeys with me, and I strive to offer ideas, skills and tools that will really help along the way. Each journey is unique, so I work with each person to develop a unique plan that wil help you to regain the strength you need to move forward toward the life you want to have.
