My Approach to Helping

What excites me most about this work is witnessing clients heal and experience a higher quality of life and relationships. It is possible to overcome symptoms like anxiety, depression, codependency, lack of self-worth, or destructive behaviors. We can not change the past, but we can work to understand it by exploring the origins of that which no longer serves us. Together we will discover ways to reclaim our body, mind, and spirit.

The mind and body play a critical role in reconnecting with who you really are. Neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic awareness will be considerations in our work. I also believe therapy should be tailored to meet you where you are. You are the expert of your own experience, and I value the unique background you will bring—your perspective matters.

I am passionate about helping my clients heal trauma and reduce their symptoms. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in healing trauma and am trained in EMDR. I am committed to emerging research and techniques so you receive the highest level of care. No matter what you've experienced, I will support you on this journey. You do not have to do this alone.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

It is important to find the best therapist for your needs. I provide a free consultation over the phone or video to discuss your goals and address any questions you may have. I want you to feel comfortable and supported in this process. During this consultation, we will determine if we are a good fit.
