It is through this process that I can help you better know yourself and help you determine what choices or changes might be necessary to best help you to move forward.

My practice is focused on helping people holistically. In addition to traditional therapy services for individuals, children, and families, we offer meditation groups, therapeutic yoga and art therapy.
There are many paths to healing and my goal is to help you find the path that best meets your needs.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
What I love about being a psychotherapist is helping people change and grow. I believe we all are capable of becoming the best versions of ourselves, however, I know that in order to be our best selves we often need people in our world to help us on the journey. I believe it is a privilege and an honor to walk along people in their time of need and growth. This is the most gratifying work I do.
