My Approach to Helping
It's hard to stay afloat at times. Life has a way of making us lose confidence in ourselves, our decisions, our relationships, or even our feelings. It's hard to find some clarity or to feel like we are making any improvements in life when we have left our past unprocessed or our bodies and emotions unchecked. That's why it's important to tune into ourselves, identify how past trauma is affecting our current moments in life, utilize skills to cope with anxiety and fear, and gain insight into the profound inner workings of our minds.
I want to dive into that journey with you. To work together with you to build a strong connection with oneself, through compassion and letting go of control; to feel more comfortable with oneself, through mindfulness and assertiveness training; to improve one's lifestyle, through cognitive-based therapy and dialectical-based therapy, and to altogether watch you grow into how you want to be.
