Through my work, I work collaboratively with individuals and families in navigating difficult times and using these experiences to become your best self.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
We all possess the resources within and without that are necessary for our wholeness. Moreover, we all have what it takes to make things right and to put the world back together again, including for those we love and countless others. Therapy provides the time and space to heal ourselves and those around us through the process of thinking out loud honestly and courageously.
My View on the Nature of 'Disorders'
These labels are social constructs that are not highly valued in my practice. However, for those of you who find these labels helpful, I give the utmost respect. Often times naming things, whatever the name, is the first step in understanding things.
